We develop your event concept and design direction, create and manage the planning timeline, and build a trusted team of vendors that fit your style and budget. From venue selection and contract guidance to décor planning, guest experience, and logistics, we ensure that every element works seamlessly together.

 

Throughout the planning process, you’ll have a dedicated planner who keeps everything organized and moving forward. We coordinate meetings, track details, manage vendor communication, and handle the countless behind-the-scenes tasks that make an event successful. Pre-Wedding Coordination

• Creation of a comprehensive wedding day timeline distributed to all vendors and key participants

• Ongoing logistics management and planning oversight

• Final venue walkthrough to confirm all event details

• Rehearsal coordination (on-site or off-site), including ceremony flow and participant guidance
   

Wedding Day Management (Up to 12 Hours)

Seamless execution so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

• Full day-of coordination and onsite management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors

• Manage vendor arrivals, setup, and adherence to the timeline

• Oversee ceremony and reception setup to ensure all details align with your vision
  (including florals, place cards, guest book, favors, signage, memorial tables, and more)

• Complete ceremony coordination and direction

• Reception management, including timing of key events and transitions

• Cue music, speeches, and special moments

• Handle and secure the marriage license on the wedding day

• Set up and pack personal décor items

• Oversee end-of-night breakdown and ensure all personal items (cards, décor, centerpieces) are safely transferred to a designated individual​
